Lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel goes missing or arrives damaged, contact us through our contact page with your order number and a photo of any damage. We will help you report it to the carrier, and if it can't be resolved we will reship your order.
Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. We don't offer exchanges: if you'd like a different piece, return the original and place a new order.
How to return
Contact us through our contact page within 7 days of delivery with your order number, and we will send you the return address.
- Items must be unworn and returned in their original condition.
- Return shipping is paid by the customer. If an item doesn't come back in its original condition, the customer is responsible for any loss in value.
- Personalized or engraved pieces can't be returned unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we will replace it or refund you.
Refunds
Once we receive and check your return, we refund the original payment method. Original shipping costs are not refunded.
