How much is shipping?
$5, and free on orders of $50 or more.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Every order ships with tracking, and the tracking link is emailed to you when it ships.
Can I return something?
Yes, within 7 days of delivery. Personalized pieces can't be returned unless they arrive damaged or incorrect. Details are on our Shipping & Returns page.
Do you offer engraving?
Some pieces can be engraved or personalized. Where it's available, the product page has a box for your text.
How do I find my size?
Lengths and sizes are listed on each product page, and many bracelets are adjustable.
How do I care for my jewelry?
Shell, wood, cord, leather, pearl and metal each need slightly different care, so the care notes are on each product page. Some pieces are fine in water and some are best kept dry.
